A 2-year, 24,000-mile warranty is provided for all repairs when Daily's Auto Services supplies all parts and services.
Work performed using parts supplied by the customer does not include any warranty or guarantee for the parts, labor, or services provided.
The warranty does not include coverage for collateral damages resulting from parts failure or from not bringing the vehicle to the original repair facility promptly. Warranty coverage is not applicable if the vehicle repair fails due to abusive driving and treatment which includes modifications or attempted repairs by another facility other than Daily's auto services.
Daily's Auto Services guarantees that the repairs and services provided at their establishment will be devoid of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months or 24,000 miles of usage, whichever occurs first. This period is measured from the date of the initial repair and the odometer reading recorded on the original repair invoice. This warranty is valid provided that the vehicle is only used for normal, non-abusive or aggressive driving and undergoes reasonable and necessary maintenance during the warranty term. The cost of warranty repairs will not exceed the amount of the initial repair or service. Should a defect in materials or workmanship arise during the warranty period, Daily's Auto Services may either perform corrective service at no cost, replace the defective part(s) at no cost, or refund the full price of the warranted repairs.
This limited warranty is extended only to you, the original purchaser, and not to anyone who may purchase your vehicle from you during the term of the warranty. This limited warranty is made by Daily's Auto Services who is so named on the original repair invoice and performed the service/repairs on your vehicle.
The warranty provided by Daily's Auto Services aligns with the warranties of individual parts distributors. If a parts distributor offers a warranty that is less than 2 years or 24,000 miles, then Daily's Auto Services is obligated to adhere to the warranty terms of the parts distributor.
